added some more decoration around the map
Chicane is now a little less punishing

INITIAL RELEASE

Trying out something a little different before I go back to stacking rocks.
Built out a rallycross ish track, some pavement, mostly dirt, and its very vanilla friendly, the new sunburst update got me play around with it more.
Bump up your damping & spring rates and send it!
