Goblin Valley Rally v1.0 (0.39.x)
Goblin Valley Rally – A rally map featuring numerous challenges for both single-player and multiplayer modes.
FEATURES:
Goblin Circuit:
A paved highway winding through the countryside and climbing cliff faces above the plateau, featuring an inner loop that connects to the area below the plateau. Perfect for time trials in Miramar.
Outer loop: 5 miles. Inner loop: 4.5 miles.
Rally Stage Roads:
13.5 miles of dirt and gravel roads traversing lush grassy hills, dense forests and scrubland, sandy beaches, narrow technical canyons, cliff climbs, descents and river jumps, dangerous drop-offs, arid desert, and a rocky plateau—plus several jumps (one with an alternative, safer route).
Goblin Hill Climbs:
Several hill-climb challenges designed for various vehicles, including one featuring a dual ascent, a turnaround point, and a descent back down.
EXTREME STUNT AREA:
A meticulously designed course featuring six consecutive stunts. Each requires precise timing and finesse. Designed for the "standard" Cherrier Gravel Rally car—but can other vehicles pull off these stunts?
Two stunt-pillar jumps... Try to land on the landing pads atop the two pillars. Also includes a "Build Your Own Course" zone where you can create a short route using vehicle props. **********************************
9 RALLYCROSS TRACKS:
A wide variety of rally tracks—broad enough for multiplayer racing—some featuring "Joker Lap" sections. All tracks support racing in both directions.
(A Joker Lap is typically an extra lane branching off the main track; racers must take it once per race and can choose which lap to do so.)
STRAIGHT EIGHT:
A figure-eight dirt track featuring long straightaways and an optional "Joker Lap" lane.
This track is well-suited for faster vehicles.
GOBLIN MESA:
A race running along the steep, dry slopes of the mesa and back up to the summit.
This track is best suited for mid-speed vehicles capable of handling inclines.
It also features an inner Joker lane.
GOBLIN CREEK:
Arguably the second-longest rally track in the set.
It features an unusual starting grid where you line up in front of the start/finish line rather than behind it. The route runs along a creek and back, featuring a spiral Joker lane that offers a choice between a narrow inner path and a wider outer concrete obstacle.
This track is best suited for fast rally cars, as the finish line includes a jump.
GOBLIN MUDBOG:
Exactly what the name implies. A rugged mud track best suited for 4WD vehicles—such as the Hopper, Roamer, Rock Racer, or Side-by-Sides. (But the beaters are fun too)
ISLAND LAKE:
A short, slow rallycross track best suited for lower-speed vehicles (like the Piccolina gravel rally car—hence the pond's name). It also features a "Joker Lap." It’s a fun, hilly course.
DANCING MAN:
The longest rallycross track. It gets its name from how it looks from the air. It is an all-gravel course—the widest and smoothest of the high-speed multiplayer tracks. The layout includes a four- and six-way intersection that is crossed five times per lap. It also features a "Joker Lap" that drops down to a stream for a wet and muddy detour.
ENDUROCROSS:
Built in the style of endurocross motorcycle racing, this track offers a brutal challenge featuring logs, rocks, mud, sand, culverts, pits, and extreme jumps. Choose a rugged vehicle with good suspension for this race. You might consider yourself lucky just to complete a single lap. It is the only track with an optional "wide start" capable of accommodating 18 cars side-by-side.
DRIFTWOOD BAY:
A very twisty tarmac track—perfect for multiplayer kart racing, endless drifting, or Formula 1-style racing.
SAND PIT:
Grab your favorite buggy. As the name suggests, this is a sandy track set amidst the rocky cliffs of Utah. Is there a shortcut? Is it worth taking? *************************
OTHER FEATURES:
Find 15 hidden smileys (Easter egg hunt). You can find them all by driving up to them.
There may be a few areas suitable for tackling rocky obstacles.
